风速条件下回转窑内物料传输模型研究

摘　　要：在PTM模型的基础上,考虑了窑内风速对MRT的影响,建立了风速条件下回转窑内物料输运模型,模拟了窑内物料的传输和扩散,并对回转窑转速、倾角和窑内风速条件下的模型进行了验证,指出该模型基本可信。Based on the PTM model, the paper builds the transmission model of materials in rotary kilns at the wind speed considering the influence of the wind speed in the rotary kiln on the MRT, simulates the transmission and the diffusion of the materials on the rotary kiln, verifies the model under the condition of rotary kiln speed, inclination angle, wind speed in the rotary kiln, points out that the model is basically credible.
