摘　　要：从分析工程特点、难点入手,阐述了青岛体育馆工程网壳结构的方案选择、施工顺序、安装方法、安装精度控制方法及卸载顺序,这些措施有效地保证了施工质量及施工进度,对类似工程施工具有指导作用。The paper introduces scheme options, construction procedure, installation method, installation precision control method and unloading procedure of shell structure use for Qingdao coliseum, according to engineering features and difficulties. These measures guarantee the construetion quality and construction progress effectively and can refer guidance to other similar projects .
