摘　　要：分析了公路施工企业信息化的必要性,根据公路施工企业的业务特点,提出了企业级和项目级两个管理层次的信息化解决方案,讨论了集成管理信息系统的总体框架,以及开发的关键技术,并结合一个具体的实施案例,论述了信息化实施过程中应该注意的问题。This paper analyses the necessity of highway engineering construction enterprise＇ s informationization. According to characteristics of highway construction business, it puts forward an informationization solution with two management levels, that is, enterprise level and project level. Then, it discusses the overall design of integrated Management Information System, as well as the key technologies of development. At last, an implementation case is given to point out some problems of informationization should be paid attention.
