摘 要:目的探讨医院内血液感染的细菌种类及耐药性。方法用全自动血培养仪BACTEC9050进行培养,细菌鉴定采用ATB Expression系统,药敏试验采用K—B法。结果2254份血液细菌培养阳性率为10.20%,检出细菌23种共230株,其中革兰阳性细菌140株(60.87%),革兰阴性细菌76株(33.04%),真菌14株(6.09%)。革兰阳性细菌以表皮葡萄球菌(81/140)为主,革兰阴性茵中以大肠埃希茵(45/76)为主。表皮葡萄球菌对利福平、呋喃妥因、米诺环素、万古霉素和替考拉宁有较高敏感性。大肠埃希茵对派拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢吡肟、阿米卡星、美罗培南和亚胺培南有较高敏感性。结论该院血液标本细菌检出率较高,了解血液感染细菌的分布特征和耐药性,对减少院内感染,指导临床合理使用抗生素有重要意义。Objective To investigate the kinds of bacteria and their drug resistance in blood cultures in hospitals. Methods Bacteria were detected with BACTEC - 9050 Autoanalyzer and ATB Expression. The K - B method was applied for the drug susceptibility test. Results The positive rate of blood cultures was 10.20 % and 230 bacterial strains were detected. There were 140 strains of Gram - positive bacteria ( 60.87 % ), 76 strains of Gram - negative bacteria ( 33.04 % ) and 14 strain of fungus (6.09 % ) . The main bacteria in Gram - positive bacteria was Staphylococcus epidermidis and in Gram - negative bacteria was Escherichia coli. Staphylococcus epidermidis were highly sensitive to rifampicin, nitrofurantoin, minocycline, vancomycin and teicoplanin while Escherichia coli to piperacillin/tazobactam , cefepime, amikacin, imipenem and meropenem. Conclusion The isolated rate in blood culture is high. It was of great significance decreasing nosocomial infections and clinical chemotherapy by blood cultures.
