摘　　要：近年来,随着现代社会经济的快速发展,农村生态环境问题越来越突出。本文从宏观的角度分析了农村环境污染尚未有效整治的成因,提出了充分发挥政府环境行政管理职能的几点建议。With the rapid development of modem social economy, rural ecological environment has become an increasingly striking problem in recent years. This paper analyses the causes of ineffective improvement of rural environmental pollution from macroperspective. Meanwhile, it comes up with some suggestions on how to give full play to the government＇ s function of environmental administration.
