摘  要:根据上海地区供电部门35kV、20MVA主变H2含量迅速超过注意值的情况,由试验结果证明引起氢气异常不是因为采用了石蜡基原油炼制的10号变压器油,而很可能是与选用的绝缘清漆(或涂料)有关。通过试验,澄清了普遍存在的认为石蜡基原油炼制的10号变压器油容易析出氢气,而25号变压器油不容易析出氢气的不正确观点。Due to the rapid increase of H 2 in 35 kV/20 MVA main transformers oil in Shanghai Area and quickly exceeded the alert value, a series of tests were carried out and showed that the cause of the abnormal H 2 build up is not because of the use of No.10 transformer oil refining from paraffin based crude oil but possibly due to the insulating varnish or the coating selected. The widely spreaded viewpoint of No.10 oil is liable to decompose H 2 and No.25 oil, containing less paraffin, is difficult to form gaseous H 2 is proved to be incorrect by the test.
