摘　　要：目的 总结乳果糖在治疗肝性脑病过程中所起的作用。方法 选择治疗组和对照组作比较，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用乳果糖。结果 患者清醒天数、黄疸消退时间、烦躁、谵语、扑翼征等肝性脑病的症状体征恢复时间明显短于对照组。结论 乳果糖治疗肝性脑病安全、可靠、效果好。Objective To summarize the curative effect of lactulose to therapy hepatic encephalopathy. Methods To compare the therapy group and control group. The therapy group at the basal of method to treatment by lactulose. Results The therapy group＇s healing time of hepatic encephalopathy symptoms such as, regain consciousness time, icterus fadeaway time, fidget, delirious speech, asterixis were shorter than control groups. Conclusion It is a safety and effective method to treatment hepatic encephalopathy by lctulose.
