摘 要:以萝卜为实验材料,选择作物生活感知环境胁迫较为敏感的幼苗期作为实验阶段,研究稀土铈对萝卜生长与代谢的影响。结果显示:随着Ce3+浓度和处理时间的增加,在5~10 mg.L-1浓度组,萝卜种子的发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗株高、根长、鲜重、叶绿素含量呈上升趋势,其中以10 mg.L-1浓度组效果最为明显,而在20~40 mg.L-1浓度组,萝卜种子的发芽率、发芽指数、株高、根长、鲜重、叶绿素含量逐渐下降,根系活力呈下降的趋势。这表明Ce3+与萝卜幼苗生根发芽、叶绿体色素含量、根系活力等多重作用有关,低浓度稀土元素Ce3+能促进萝卜幼苗生长,而高浓度则表现出抑制效果。The effects of rare earth element Ce^3+ on growth and metabolism of radish were studied. Radish seedling was selected as the research objection in this study because radish is more sensitive to environmental stress at germination and seedling stages. The main results are summarized as follows: with elevated Ce^3+ concentration (from 5 mg·L^-1 to 10 mg·L^-1) and extension of stress, radish seedlings showed an increasing tendency in terms of germination percentage, germination index, plant height, root length, fresh weight and contents of chloroplast pigment, especially at 10 mg·L^-1. With elevated Ce^3+ concentration (from 20 mg·L^-1 to 40 mg·L^-1), germination percentage, germination index, plant height, root length, fresh weight and contents of chlorophyll decreased and root activity tends to decrease, too. The results indicated that rare earth element Ce^3+ has gradually an influence on diverse functions of radish seedlings, such as rooting, germination, contents of chloroplast pigment and root activity. Ce^3+ promoted the growth of radish seedlings at lower concentrations and inhibited the growth of radish seedlings at higher concentrations.
