摘  要:通过对制备好的LaxNdyPr1-x-yB5系列合金放电容量的初步测定,发现所设计合金放电容量均在276mAh/g~301mAh/g之间。为评价所设计合金的综合性能,本文选取其中一种成分即La0.75Nd0.05Pr0.2B5,采用SEM、XPS等测试手段,对合金循环寿命、表面状态,PCT曲线等性能进行了测定。测定结果表明,合金的表面状态对其活化速度具有一定影响,金属Ni弥散分布在La2O3基体上,有助于氢的吸附和解析,使合金活化速度加快。此外,对合金粒度与放电容量、循环寿命间关系的研究表明:粒度分布在100目~300目间和500目以下的合金放电容量较高。The discharge capacity of homologous series of alloy with a composition corresponding to La xNd yPr 1 x y B 5 were examined.It was found that the discharge capacity of all the alloy were between 276mAh/g ̄301mAh/g.In order to evaluate the comprehensive ability of the designed alloy,La 0.75 Nd 0.05 Pr 0.2 B 5 was selected and its s urface characteristics and cycle life were measured carefully by scanning electron microscopy and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy.It was found that nickel clusters dispersed in the oxidized lanthanum matrix and it was beneficial to the activation of the alloy.Except that,the particle size effect on the capacity and cycle life of the electrode was also studied.It was demonstrated that the particle size between 100 mesh ̄300 mesh and under 500 mesh had higher discharge capacity,and cycle life of larger particles was longer than that of smaller particls.
