摘  要:针对采煤机用高能量密度电机体积小、功率大、发热严重的特殊结构和应用场所,对该电机冷却系统进行了设计,提出了定子机壳内"S"型水槽的设计观点,并在此基础上运用流体对流换热的相关原理对其进行了热力计算,结果表明该设计方案散热效果良好。The cooling system of high-energy density motor for machine excavating coal machine application has special structure and applying situation such as small size,high power and terrible heat,etc.Aiming at the above situation,the cooling system of motor is designed and the design concept of embedding the flume of s-type in the shell of the motor is drawn.Based on this,the heating calculation is carried out using the correlative theory of convective heat transfer of fluid.The result of heat calculating shows that the design scheme meets all heating requirements.
