少胶粉云母带的研究

摘　　要：研究了与非环氧型的真空压力浸渍树脂匹配的少胶粉云母带,并成功的应用于中型高压电机中,是一种新型的少胶真空压力浸渍绝缘体系。少胶粉云母带是以选用的云母片作为原料,运用特殊的工艺,特制粉云母纸为基材,用少胶粉云母带绕包的线棒浸漆固化后,绝缘整体性良好,树脂与少胶粉云母带相容性良好,按真空压力浸渍中型高压电机整浸绝缘线圈质量分等标准,达到优等品水平。This paper has developed a kind of low resin mica tape matched with the non-epoxy VPI resin,which has applied successfully in the stator of medium-sized high-voltage electric machine.It is a new low resin VPI insulation system.The low resin mica tape,taking the isinglass as raw material and the special mica paper as base material,is made by special process.After the coil bars wrapped with low resin mica tape are varnished and solidified,comprehensiveness of insulation and the consistency between resin and low resin mica tape are good.The low resin mica tape has achieved the superior level according to insulation coil quality classification standard for medium-sized high-voltage electric machine.
