摘 要:综述了国内国外7种关于正极材料Ni(OH)2的制备工艺方法,其中大部分为国外新近几年的专利报道。详细介绍了各种方法的工艺制备过程、工艺条件以及工艺原理。详述了7种工艺方法的主要特点。给出了各种工艺在实际应用时的适用条件及对原料和设备的要求。水溶液法是国内国外目前较多使用的工艺方法,比较容易操作和实现,但对工艺条件的控制要求严格。4种非水溶液法(高压法、氧化法、树脂交换法、醇盐水解法)制备出的Ni(OH)2纯度高,但生产成本高,有待于进一步完善以实现规模生产。给出了各工艺条件下制备的Ni(OH)2的粒度范围、堆积密度。seven manufacturing techniques of cathode material nickel hydroxide at home and abroad are summarized in this paper. Most of those manufacturing techniques are new patents in abroad in recent years. The methods of preparation, the scopes of process conditions and the theories of process are described in detail, also some main characteristics of the techniques. The suitable conditions and the requests to raw material and facilities are given. Aqueous solution methods are usually used now at home and abroad, which are easy to operate and realize, but strict to control the conditions. Ni (OH) 2 prepared by non aqueous solution methods are of high purity, but the cost price is also high. Non aqueous solution methods need to be improved to realize production. The properties such as particle size scopes, tapped density, surface area and morphology of Ni(OH) 2 prepared are presented.
