摘 要:采用自制的Ziegler-Natta催化剂催化乙烯-丙烯-1-丁烯三元共聚合。考察了1-丁烯/丙烯、铝钛比、反应温度和压力等对三元共聚合的影响。结果表明,三元共聚物中支化度约为26/1 000 C.其中乙基支链为18/ 1 000 C、丙基支链为8/1 000 C。在聚合温度为60℃、压力为0.8 MPa、乙烯分压百分数为70%、1-丁烯分压百分数为5.7%和丙烯分压百分数为24.3%时,催化活性最高,为10.5 kg/g。当n(Al)/n(Ti)大于100时,催化活性增加趋势变缓。聚合压力超过0.8 MPa时,催化活性变化不大。聚合平行实验结果表明,上述条件稳定。所得三元共聚物的表观密度为0.32g/cm^3,拉伸强度为11~12 MPa、断裂伸长率为540%~560%。The authors synthesized a terpolymer of ethylene, propylene and butene-1 via ternary polymerization in the presence of the home-made Ziegler-Natta catalyst. The influences of butene-1/propylene ratio, n(Al)/n(Ti) ratio, reaction temperature and pressure on ternary polymerization were examined. The results show that the branching degree in the terpolymer is 26/1,000 C, wherein ethyl group is 18/1,000 C, propyl group is 8/1,000 C. The catalytic activity can reach its maximum, 10.5 kg/g, under the conditions of polymerization temperature 60℃, pressure 0.8 MPa, ethylene partial pressure 70%, butene partial pressure 5.7% and propylene partial pressure 24.3%. The increasing rate in catalytic activity begin to slow down once the n(Al)/n(Ti) ratio attains to over 100. There is no appreciable variation in the catalytic activity in case the polymerization pressure exceeds 0.8 MPa. The parallel polymerizations demonstrate that the aforementioned experimental conditions can be maintained stably and under such conditions, the resultant terpolymers possess apparent density 0.32 g/cm^3, tensile strength 11-12 MPa and elongation at break 540%-560%.
