乙醇对大鼠红细胞膜ATP酶活力、血浆NO含量和血细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨乙醇对慢性实验大鼠红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活力、血浆一氧化氮(NO)含量和血细胞的影响。方法18只SD大白鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组按0.5g/kg乙醇进行灌胃,1次/d连续15d,对照组以等量的生理盐水灌胃15d,分别测定红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活力、血浆NO含量及血液细胞指标。结果与对照组相比较,红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活力、血浆NO含量、白细胞计数(WBC)、血红蛋白浓度(Hb)、血细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)均明显增高(P值均<0.01),红细胞计数(RBC)增高(P<0.05),血小板数量(PLT)降低(P<0.01)。结论乙醇对慢性实验大鼠红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活力、血浆NO含量以及外周血细胞产生明显的影响,对造血系统的影响应引起重视。Objective To study the effect of alcohol on erythrocyte membrane Na^＋ -K^＋ -ATPase activity, plasma nitrogen monoxide （NO） content and peripheral blood cells in rats of chronic experiment. Methods 18 SD rats were ran- domly divided into experiment group（n = 9） and control group （n = 9）. Rats in experiment group were perfused with alcohol as 0. 5g/kg dosage once a day for 15 days. Rats in control group were perfused with sodium chloride equaled the volume of alcohol once a day for 15 days. Then erythrocyte membrane Na^＋ -K^＋ -ATPase activity, plasma NO content and peripheral blood cells were assayed respectively. Results Compared with those in control group, the activity of erythrocyte membrane Na^＋ -K^＋ -ATPase, content of NO, leucocytes count （WBC）, hemoglobin concentration （HGB）, erythrocrit（HCT）, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration（MCHC） in the experimental group were significantly increased（P〈0.01） ; the erythrocyte count increased significantly（P〈0. 05） and platelet count decreased significantly（P〈0.01）. Conclusion There are obvious effect of alcohol on erythrocyte membrane Na^＋ -K^＋ -ATPase activity, plasma NO content and peripheral blood cells in rats of chronic experiment. Great influence should be attached to the hematopoietic system by alcohol.
