摘　　要：目的探讨不同浓度利巴韦林对家兔外周血细胞的影响规律。方法将雄性家兔30只随机分为A、B、C、D、E5组,每组6只,分别注入利巴韦林5mg/kg、15mg/kg、25mg/kg、35mg/kg及注射生理盐水2ml,由家兔耳缘静脉缓慢推注,1次/d,7d为1个疗程,共2个疗程。分别在6个时间点观察家兔外周血RBC、Hb、网织红细胞(Ret)、WBC及Plt变化。结果RBC、Hb随着利巴韦林注射浓度增高而降低,而Ret明显上升,注射后第15天除A组外各组与E组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);WBC除D组轻微降低(P<0.05)外余各组无明显变化(均P>0.05);Plt随着利巴韦林注射浓度升高而明显增多,注射后第15天除A、B组外各组Plt与E组比较差异均有统计意义(均P<0.05)。RBC、Hb、WBC及Plt在停药第15天后均能逐渐恢复至正常水平。结论利巴韦林可使家兔出现Plt增多和溶血,并随着利巴韦林浓度增高两者变化更为明显。Objective To evaluate the effect of ribavirin at different concentrations on peripheral blood ceils in rabbits. Methods Thirty rabbits were divided into five groups （6 in each）： group A （5mg/kg ribavirin）, group B （15mg/kg ribavirin）, group C （25mg/kg ribavirin）, group D （35mg/kg ribavirin） and the control group E （2ml, N.S）. Ribavirin of different concentrations or normal saline were injected intravenously 1/day for 7days. The peripheral red blood cell （RBC） , hemoglobin （Hb）, reticulocyte （Ret）, white blood cell （WBC） and platelet （Plt） counts were measured. Results RBC and Hb levels decreased but Ret and PLT counts increased Significantly with the elevated concentration of ribavirin, compared with group E the differences were statistical significant （all P 〈0.05）; meanwhile WBC was decreased only in group D （P 〈0.05）. One day after the termination of ribavirin administration, the levels of RBC, Hb in group B, C and D were significantly lower than those in the group E （P〈0.05）; the levels of Ret, Pit in group C and D were significantly higher than those in group E （P〈0.05）. RBC, Hb, WBC and Pit levels gradually returned to normal 15 days after termination of ribavirin administration. Conclusion Ribavirin may induce Pit proliferation and hemolysis in rabbits and the effect is more obvious with the increasing concentrations of ribavirin.
