摘  要:大型立式电机是重要的生产动力设备和辅机设备。对于此类设备的结构设计,必须考虑运行时的实际工况载荷,进行详细的结构力学分析,使结构设计安全可靠。文中首先基于三维CAD(computer aided design)技术和虚拟样机技术,建立某大型立式电机的实体模型和虚拟样机模型,然后借用大型有限元分析程序NASTRAN,对该设备的运动学、动力学性能进行数值模拟分析。进行电机模态试验,试验结果验证虚拟样机模型和数值模拟的有效性。结果表明,系统不会发生共振,强度、刚度满足设计要求。最后,在力学分析的基础上对结构进行优化,为该设备的开发和改进提供参考。Heavy efficiency motor is an important power and auxiliary equipment. It is necessary to consider all the load case when motor works and do some detailed mechanics analysis during the design of its structure. At first a solid model and virtual prototype model are built based on 3D CAD(computer aided design) and virtual prototype. The 3D finite element model is performed to analysis the vibration mode, the stress distribution and displacement for the motor employing NASTRAN software. Furthermore the results of medal experiment prove the accuracy of all of the numerical simulation. The conclusions show that the resonance does not accrue in system operated, and the strength and rigidity of the motor have satisfied the design requirement. At last a reliable structure is optimized under the basic of the mechanics analysis, and the simulation results provide a valuable reference for the research and development of the motor.
