摘　　要：简单介绍了国内应用于药筒阴极电泳防腐涂装技术的发展过程,结合电泳涂装的特点,调整了磷化工艺,提出了在中口径弹体表面采用阴极电泳漆的涂装工艺要求,将无铅无锡环保型E11-91军绿色阴极电泳漆成功地运用于国内迫击炮弹体的防腐涂装。The development process of domestic technology which are applied in cartridge case cathodic electrodepositon anticorrosive painting was briefly introduced. According to the characteristics of electrodepositon painting, the phosphatization technology was regulated, the technology requirement of cathodic electrodeposition paint on the surface of medium-bore bomb was proposed. The army green Ell-91 cathodic electrodeposition paint, which is environmentallyfriendly, without any lead or stannum, is successfully applied in the anticorrosive painting of the domestic mortar-bomb.
