摘　　要：界定了项目组合的概念,并对项目组合、项目群和多项目进行比较分析。从规模经济性、范围经济性,集聚经济性和风险规避性三个角度探讨了R&D项目组合的产生范式,据此将其分为同类项目组合、非同类相关项目组合和不相关项目组合。又从生态学角度将R&D项目组合分为7大类。探讨了两种分类结果的关系。This paper puts forward the concepts of project portfolio and project portfolio management. At the same time, project portfolio is compared with project programme and multiproject. Then, the forming paradigm of R＆D project portfolio is proposed by the theory of economics of scale ,economy of scope, cluster economy and risk aversion. Project portfolio is divided into homogeneous project portfolio, nonhomogeneous interdependent project portfolio and uncorrelated project portfolio. The paper applies ecological theories to describe the characteristics of different relationships between projects. And there are seven different kinds of relationships under the view of ecology. Finally, the relations between two kinds of categorizing results are represented.
