摘　　要：随着区域科学的勃兴和我国法治建设的推进,区域法治逐渐成为了依法治国论题中一个全新的理论视角,其在推进法治建设深入发展任务中的重要性也日益突出。区域法治本身蕴涵着理论认识和实际问题解决之双重价值,同时结合我国目前的实际,沿着政府推进型法治化道路模式深入开展区域法治建设相对具有更高的合理性。With the progress of regional science and China＇s legal construction,regional legal system has become a completely new theoretical view of the idea of ruling the country with law, and it also shows more more obvious importance in helping improve legal construction. Regional legal system itself contains double values of theoretical kowledge and practical solution,and at the same time, combining with China＇s current reality, it shows more flexibility to follow the government to form a legal system pattern and help regional legal construction.
