摘  要:本文研究了多修理工同时兼职辅助业务的机器维修模型,这个模型可以归结为多服务台同步休假的有限源排队问题。利用拟生灭过程的方法,给出了稳态下机器故障数的分布和等待维修时间的分布。在特殊情况下模型退化成单修理工兼职辅助业务的机器维修模型和经典无休假的机器维修模型,得到了和前人研究成果一致的稳态分布。数值例子说明本文在系统优化方面的应用。We study a machine-repair model with repairmen performing secondary task simultaneously. The model has been treated as a finite source queue with synchronous vacation. By using the method of quasi-birth and death process, we obtain stationary distribution for the number of breakdown machines and distribution of the waiting time. Specifically, the model degenerates to two other machine-repair models under special situations: the machine-repair model with single repairman performing secondary task and classic machine-repair model with no-vacation. The stationary distributions for these models, deduced by using the theorem presented in this paper, are consistent with existing results. Finally, we provide an example to illustrate the model's application in system optimization.
