摘 要:介绍了山东枣庄矿业集团新建的1台130t/h煤泥水煤浆电站锅炉,这是国际上第一台全烧低热值15000kJ/kg煤泥水煤浆的高温高压悬浮燃烧锅炉,采用浙江大学开发的锅炉整体设计方案、专用燃烧器和喷嘴.锅炉运行实践表明:热效率达到90.3%~91.6%,燃烧效率达到99.5%,为洗煤泥资源化利用开辟了一条新的途径.A new 130 t/h coal washing sludge and water mixture (SWM)-fired boiler was built in Zaozhuang city, Shandong province. The special boiler was designed and developed by Zhejiang University, as well as the advanced combustors and nozzles. This was the first domestic made suspension fired utility boiler with high steam temperature and pressure designed for full SWM fuel with low heating value of 15000MJ/Kg and Chinese experts possess entirely intelligent proprietary in design, manufacturing and operation. The boiler thermal efficiency was 90.3-91.6% and the SWM combustion efficiency was 99.5%. It was proved by two-year operation practice that this SWM-fired boiler achieved great success. It demonstrates a new process to convert coal washing sludge waste into energy for electricity generation, in order to save resource and reduce pollution.
