摘  要:在25.0±1℃条件下,对日本沼虾Macrobrachium nipponense (湿重, 0.52~0.64 g )进行了不同时间的饥饿处理后,再供食的恢复生长实验。对照组C连续饱食投喂18 d;处理组S2、S4和S8分别饥饿2、4和8 d后再饱食投喂16、14和10 d。结果饥饿结束时各处理组的湿重均显著低于对照组;实验结束时S2、S4组与对照组间的湿重差异不显著,而S8组的湿重仍显著低于对照组;恢复生长时各处理组的湿重摄食率、食物转化率和生长率开始显著高于对照组,但随着恢复时间延长又逐步达到对照组水平。随着饥饿时间延长,日本沼虾标准代谢率降低。在恢复投喂后又逐步回升到对照组水平。实验结果表明,日本沼虾继饥饿后再恢复喂食出现完全或部分补偿生长效应不仅由于增加食欲,提高摄食水平,同时改善了食物转化率。因此,补偿生长是这两种生理因素共同作用的结果。The recovery growth experiment in the shrimp Macrobrachium nipponense (wet weight, 0.52~0.64 g) was carried out following different periods of starvation under 25.0±1℃. The experiment lasted 18 days for each test group. Group control (C), S2, S4 and S8 were deprived food for 0, 2, 4 and 8 days, respectively. Then each group wasrefedat ad libitum ration level for its rest experimental time. At the end of starvation, the mean body weight of each starved group (S2, S4 and S8) was significantly lower than that of group C. At the end of experiment, the mean body weight of group S2 and S4 were similar to that of group C, while the body weight of group S8 was still significantly lower than that of group C. Upon re-alimentation after the period of starvation, specific growth rate, feeding rate and food conversion efficiency in terms of the wet weight in each starved group were higher than those in group C. Meanwhile, the oxygen consumption rate decreased and this trend stopped when the shrimp were refed, then the oxygen consumption rate gradually increased to the level of the control group. The results indicated that there was completely-orpartially-compensatory effect in the recovery growth in Macrobrachium nipponense following starvation, and the compensatory effect mainly resulted from the significant increase of feeding level and food conversion efficiency in the covery growth. So, the compensatory growth in the shrimp Macrobrachium nipponense is the result of the two physiological factors working together.
