麻醉保定林麝的效果研究

摘　　要：应用鹿眠宝3号对20头林麝Moschus berezovskii实施麻醉保定,观察记录林麝在麻醉全程中的表现,以评价麻醉保定林麝的效果。结果表明:18头林麝在给药诱导后3～15min直接进入麻醉期,2头林麝经追加麻醉剂后进入麻醉期;麻醉效果优良率为90%。麻醉期内,林麝平均呼吸数为15.6次/min,平均体温40.5℃,未出现麻醉过深和不良反应,也无林麝死亡。由此可知,林麝完全可以用麻醉的方法进行保定。麻醉保定林麝具有效果确实、安全、快速、简便的优点。The effect of restraining forest musk deer Moschus Berezovskii was studied by anesthetizing 20 individuals using Lumianbao 3. The results showed that 18 individuals were anaesthetized directly 3～15 minutes after injecting Lumianbao 3, the other 2 individuals were anaesthetized by injecting twice. The effect on restraining forest musk deer by anesthesia was expressed 90% excellently. The average respiratory rate and body temperature of the forest musk deer were 15.6 times per minute and 40.5℃ respectively at the anaesthetized period. None of the 20 individuals was over-anaesthetized or dead, and no any side effect was observed. It can be concluded that forest musk deer can be restrained by anesthesia effectively, safely and quickly.
