温度对树脂锚杆锚固剂凝胶时间的影响

摘　　要：采用国家标准和煤炭行业标准的检验方法，系统研究了-10～30℃的树脂及锚固剂的凝胶时间的变化．结果发现：选择2种型号的树脂，树脂和锚固剂的凝胶时间与温度存在一致的对应关系，即随着温度的升高，凝胶时间显著下降；并且温度每升高10℃，树脂的凝胶时间缩短1／2左右，甚至2／3以上；锚固剂的凝胶时间也缩短1／2左右．According to GB/T 7193.6 - 1987 and MT 146. 1 -2002, the gel time of the resins and capsules at the range of - 10 - 30 ℃ was discussed. The result indicates that the gel time of the two types of resin and capsules reduces with the rise of temperature. Each 10 ℃ rising, the gel time of resin is shortened half, or even 2/3, and the gel time of the capsules also reduces half or so.
