摘  要:研究了采用加碱氧化焙烧—水浸—铵盐沉淀钒—溶剂萃取钼—加酸沉淀钼工艺从含钒石油废触媒中回收片状五氧化二钒和四钼酸铵。考察了碱用量、焙烧温度对钒、钼转化率的影响及铵盐用量对钒沉淀率的影响及用三烷基胺溶剂萃取钼过程中的影响因素。试验结果表明,采用该工艺,钒总回收率大于80%,钼总回收率大于85%,产品质量分别达到GB3283—1987冶金级V_2O_5标准和GB3460—1982工业一级钼酸铵标准。经济效益良好,投资回收期短。The process consisting of soda roasting-water leaching-precipitating vanadium by ammonium sulfate-solvent extraction molybdenum-precipitating molybdate with acid is studied for recovery vanadium pentoxide and ammomium molybdate from spent catalyst. The influence of soda dosage and roasting temperature on transformation ratio of vanadium and molybdenum and ammonium sulfate dosage on precipitating ratio of vanadium are also studied. Efffection factors on process of molybdenum of solvent extraction with TFA is discussed. The results show that overall recovery rate of vanadium and molybdenum is not less than 80% and 85%. The quality of vanadium pentoxide meets with GB3283-1987 and the quality of ammonium molybdate meets with GB3460-1982.
