摘 要:江西某铁矿主要金属矿物为褐铁矿,矿石含泥含水且可选性差,采用磁化还原焙烧法可改善矿石的分选性。结果表明,在950~1000℃、褐煤用量15%~20%条件下焙烧2 h,焙砂在87.55 kA/m磁场强度下进行磁选,铁精矿产率51.46%,全铁回收率78.88%,效果较好。Main metal mineral in some ore,Jiangxi is limonite. The iron ore contains a lot of water and mud and has bad sorting characteristics, but its sorting characteristics can be improved by magnetization reduction roast. The experiment results show that under 950-1 000 ℃ , 15% -20% of lignite dosage and roasting for 2 h,then the roasted product is magnetic separated in 87.55 kA/m of magnetic field,productivity of iron ore concentrate is 51.46% ,recovery of all iron is 78. 88%.
