野生樱桃李花粉活力与授粉结实特性初报

摘　　要：试验对新疆野生樱桃李花粉活力进行了测定并开展了不同树体间授粉结实研究。结果表明，不同蔗糖浓度、硼酸对野生樱桃李花粉萌发影响较大，培养基中加入15％蔗糖浓度，0．01％的硼酸比较适合野生樱桃李花粉萌发；野生樱桃李花粉在采集后几天内均有较高的生活力，室温下，野生樱桃李花粉生命力一般保持25-30d，4℃低温可有效延长花粉生活力时间，低温下可保持105-120d；部分野生樱桃李具有较高的自花结实率，部分不同树体间可相互作为授粉树。The pollen vitality and property of pollination and fruiting among different single of Wild Cherry Plum（ Prunus divaricata Lbd） were tested. The results showed that the pollen of Wild Cherry Plum had higher vitality in several days after the pollen was just collected. The sucrose concentration and boric acid have superior effects on pollen germination, there was the highest germination rate at the medium with 15% sucrose concentration and 10 mg/L boric acid. Low temperature（4℃ ） could prolong pollen vitality, pollen could be stored for 105 days to 120 days,but pollen vitality could be just kept for 25 or 30 days at room temperature. Some of Wild Cherry Plum trees have higher rate of fruit set by self-pollination, some of them could offer pollen to each other for higher rate of fruit set.
