摘  要:植物自身抗虫性是建立综合防治的基础,对于延缓害虫抗药性、减少环境污染极其重要。棉田调查显示,不同棉属对棉铃虫抗性程度存在差异,其长绒棉抗性较好。通过不同棉属棉酚含量对棉铃虫生长发育危害关系研究,表明棉酚含量与抗虫性呈正相关,含棉酚高的长绒棉对棉铃虫抑制作用明显。通过棉酚对棉铃虫剂量效应研究,表明棉酚对棉铃虫不同发育阶段都有明显的剂量效应。棉酚对幼龄棉铃虫EC50为0.205%,且随棉酚剂量增加,棉铃虫幼虫死亡率增大;幼虫历期延长;蛹重逐渐减少;成虫产卵量降低,不育卵增多,繁殖力下降;使其种群数量很快降低。可见含棉酚高的长绒棉是一种很好抗虫种质资源,其棉酚对棉铃虫具有很好的抑制生物活性。The plant own insect - resistance is the extremely important for delaying the resistance to drugs of injurous insects and reducing environmental pollution. The investigation in cotton field indicated that different cotton has different resistance to Heliothis avmigera hubner, G. hirsutum of which has the best resistance level. Based on the effect of content of different cotton on damage of growth of Heliothis avmigera hubner, the gossypol has sighifceant effect on different development stages of Heliothis avmigcra hubner. The effect of gossypol on young heliothis avmigera hubner ESs0 is 0. 205 %. Mong with increase of gossypol dosage, the death rate of larvae of Heliothis avmigera hubner was increased. It may be inferred that G. h/rsutum with high gossypol is the best resources of resistance- insect.
