冬虫夏草对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖和IL-2产生的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨冬虫夏草对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖反应和IL-2的产生的免疫学作用。方法取小鼠24只,随机分为对照组和实验组,分别用生理盐水和100%冬虫夏草水浸出液定期给小鼠灌胃,然后检测小鼠淋巴细胞增殖和IL-2的产生。结果实验组对以上两项免疫学指标均有显著增强作用,与对照组相比均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论冬虫夏草可明显增强机体免疫功能。Objective To research the effect of cordyceps sinensis sacc. （CSS ） from the viewpoint of immunology, Methods 24 mice were divided into 2 groups（ control group and experimental group ） randomly, Filled the stomaches with NS and 100% water extract of CSS respectively and tested lymphocyte proliferation and interleukin-2 production, Results Compared with control group the lymphocyte proliferation and interleukin-2 production increased significantly in experimental group （ P 〈 0, 01 ）, Conclusion The resuits indicated that CSS could enhance immune function obviously .
