摘  要:目的探讨中鼻甲低温等离子消融在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内窥镜手术治疗中的作用。方法回顾分析40例中鼻甲行低温等离子消融的鼻内窥镜手术的临床资料。结果术后3个月,中鼻甲形态恢复满意者36例(90.0%),3例(7.5%)中鼻甲再次出现水肿或息肉样变,发生粘连1例(2.5%)。术后6个月,所有患者的症状消失或改善。结论在保留中鼻甲的内窥镜鼻窦手术中,中鼻甲行等离子消融,既保留了中鼻甲的形态和生理功能,又防止术后黏连,对提高鼻内镜的疗效有积极的作用。Objective To explore the impact on endoscopic sinus surgery by middle turbinate hypothermy plasma for treating the patients who had chronic sinusitis. Methods Forty cases of sinusitis were retrospectively analyzed. All had undergone endoscopic sinus surgery with middle turbinate hypothermy plasma. Results In three months post operation the form of middle turbinate returned to normal in 36 cases (90.0%), edema or nasal polyp appeared in 3 cases (7.5%), and adhesions occurred .in one case (2.5%). In six months all patients' symptoms had vanished or improved. Conclusion In endoscopic sinus surgery with middle turbinate reserved, hypothermy plasma preserved the features and physiological functions of middle turbinate, and prevented the adhesion. So middle turbinate hypothermy plasma can improve the effect of endoscopes' sinus surgery positively.
