摘　　要：学术权力与行政权力是高校中存在的两种主要权力形式,只尊崇某一种权力或否认另一种权力都是不利于高校发展的。这就需要我们正确认识两者存在的合理性及其局限性。The academic right and administrative right are the two major forms in the institutions of higher education. To encourage one or to reject the other will jeopardize the development of the institutions, which therefore requires a proper recognition and understanding of the rationalities and limitations of the two rights in questions.
