摘　　要：目的建立以HPLC法测定乳癖康巴布剂中姜黄素含量的方法。方法用甲醇对样进行超声提取，以ODS-BP（250mmx4，6mm，5μm）为色谱柱，以甲醇-水-冰醋酸（70：26．5：3，5）为流动相，流速1ml·min^-1，检测波长420nm。结果姜黄素在2．44～39．04mg·L^-1范围内有良好的线性关系（r=0，99906，n：6）；平均回收率96，60％，RSD=1．10％（n=6）。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好，可作为乳癖康巴布剂中姜黄素含量的测定方法。Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of cureumine in rupikang cataplasma. Methods The samples were extracted by ultrasound in methanol. ODS-BP column （250 mm x 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used as the stationary phase,and methanol-waterglacial acetic acid （70： 26.5： 3, 5） was used as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min^-l, and the detection wavelength of 420 nm. Results A good linearity was obtained within the range of 2.44 - 39, 04 mg · L^-1 for eurcumine （ r = 0. 999 06,n = 6）. The average recovery of cureumin was 96.60% , with RSD being 1.10% （ n = 6）. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used to determine curcumine contents in rupikang cataplasma.
