基　　金：“十五”国家科技攻关计划“名老中医学术思想、经验传承研究”课题资助（2004BA721A01）

摘　　要：在“十五”国家科技攻关计划“名老中医学术思想、经验传承研究”课题管理实践中引入项目管理知识体系指南（PMBOK）中的项目范围计划技术，根据中医药特色和课题特点探索制订了本课题的范围计划。该范围计划对做好课题顶层设计、保障研究工作顺利实施起到了重要支撑作用。In our study , we adopted a schedule plan management of the Project Management Body of Knowledge （PMBOK） in the management practice of the experimental research on ＂ The Research in Teaching and Inheritance of Experience of Famous and Veteran Doctors of TCM＂ which was supported by ＂ tenth five years＂ plan of national science and technology as a key program. We tried to establish a project planning based on the special features of TCM and the characters of the project. This planning played a significant support role in the top project design and ensuring the smooth implementation of the research.
