摘　　要：完整的国土资源经济系统应该是区域内生态系统、经济系统、社会系统以及资源利用系统等的有机结合。国土资源经济系统强调系统组成要素之间的相互联系、相互协调,系统内各要素不仅要发挥其独立的、特定的功能,整个系统更要发挥其综合功能。地域功能定位准确,区域主体功能清晰;时空有序性强;系统呈现内部多样性,外部具有开放性;系统内各成分有机联系、协调发展;具有一定的抵抗风险能力;能够进行顺向演替、持续发展;具有固定物质、能量和信息,进行生产的能力;有自然规律、经济规律和社会规律的约束和外部环境的保障是其主要特征。An integrated economic system of lands and natural resouces should be consisted of regional ecological, economic, social systems and the system of natural resource use. Economic system should guarantee mutual relation and coordination of component factors. Each facter in the system should play not only independent and special function role, but whole system should play comprehensive function. The orientation of regional function should be accurate, regional principal function is clear; the system is made varied inside and opened outside; components in the system is of organic and harmonious relation; the system has the capacity of preventing risk etc.
