摘　　要：简要介绍了Dialog系统和ISI Web of Knowledge检索系统的概况,详细比较和分析了两者在资源类型、检索功能、检索方法等方面的优缺点,并以医学文献检索为例进一步探讨了两者的使用方法。This paper briefly introduces the general situation of Dialog System and ISI Retrieval System, makes detailed comparative analysis on the two systems in aspects of the resource types, retrieval functions, and retrieval methods, etc., and further probes into use methods of the two systems by using the medical literature retrieval as the example.
