摘　　要：农村公路是公路网的重要组成部分,随着农村公路建设步伐的加快,对农村公路养护管理亦提出了相应的要求,养护管理体制的建立、养护模式的组织、养护管理规章制度的制定及执行等方面促进了农村公路养护管理的逐步规范化和标准化,同时亦为其他省(市)农村公路养护管理体制改革的实施提供了管理和政策上的参考。Rural road is an important part of highway network, along with the acceleration of the pace of rural road construction, corresponding request is also be put forward to rural road maintenance management. The establishment of maintenance management system, organization of maintenance mode, establishment and implementation of rules and regulations of maintenance management, as well as other aspects promote rural road maintenance management gradually standardized, that also provide reference of management and policy about the implementation of rural road maintenance management system reformation for other provices（cities）.
