连云港在中西部开发进程中的作用分析及发展定位

摘　　要：区域经济学理论和世界区域经济发展的实践证明,国际化中心城市是区域经济发展的龙头和引擎。连云港市在中国乃至世界经济地理中具有独特的区位优势和优越的资源条件,居于带动中部崛起与西部开发的龙头地位,但是,连云港市龙头带动作用不强影响着中部崛起与西部开发的进程。因此,必须科学地确定连云港市作为中部崛起与西部开发龙头城市发展的目标定位,确立并实施国家牵动战略、开放拉动战略、创新驱动战略、环境带动战略和人才推动战略,才能昂起连云港龙头,以加快中部崛起与西部开发的进程。Lianyungang City plays a vital part in the economic rise of Central China and Western Development. If such a part is not given full play, economic development in the foregoing regions will be substantially hindered. Therefore, it is high time to realize Lianyungang＇s leading part and set it as its goal of development, speed up its construction with the help of the Central Government, and promote economic development by opening up, innovating and environmental construction. Only by doing so can the city play its expected role and speed up the economic rise of Central China and Western Development.
