社区肺结核病人社会支持与应对方式现况调查

摘　　要：目的了解社区肺结核病人社会支持与医学应对现况。方法将符合诊断标准的社区肺结核病人随机分为广州市户籍人口组和常住人口组，并用社会支持评定量表、医学应对问卷进行问卷调查。结果社区肺结核病人在社会支持的三个维度：客观支持、主观支持、社会支持的利用度以及社会支持总量得分均不高。户籍人口组与常住人口组社会支持各维度均存在显著性差异，常住人口组所能获得的社会支持较户籍人口组更低。户籍人口组与常住人口组“面对”与“屈服”评分存在显著性差异，分别为（P〈0．01）、（P〈0．05），常住人口组病人疾病应对方式所采取的消极应对方式明显高于户籍人口组病人。结论护理人员应了解病人的心理和社会状况，关注弱势群体，通过增加他们的社会支持，调动和引导其主观能动性，以理智和积极的应对方式应对疾病。Objective To know the status of the social support and coping modes through an investigation of the outpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Interviewed the outpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis who are the resident and floating population by Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） and the Coping Modes Questionnaire （MCMQ） . Results Every domain score of the SSRS was low. The score of the SSRS of the floating population group was lower than those of the resident population group. The score of confrontation in MCMQ was significantly lower （ P 〈 0. 01 ） while resignation score higher （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in the floating population group when compared with those of in the resident population group. The negative coping mode is higher in the floating population group than that of in the resident population group （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion To understand the psychological and social condition of the pulmonary tuberculosis patients, to improve their social support, pay more attention to the floating population, nursing staff should guide and help the patients adopt both active and effective coping styles.
