国内外产学研结合模式发展状况及启示

摘　　要：产学研是当今国内外普遍采用的促进企业经济社会效益的形式,具有快捷性、高科技性以及高效益性等特征。国内常采取建立联合创新平台、实行"学工交替"及"高校+政府+企业"、共建大学科技园等模式,而国外则启动国家科技创新计划、建立产学研合作组织、构建产学研合作目标、加快制度建设等,促进产学研有机结合。因此,我们要加快产学研立法工作,形成一整套促进产学研结合的信息沟通机制、双方互动机制、人才流动机制、成果评价体系,同时紧密结合地方实际进行产学研结合。The combination of product, knowledge and study is a widely used at home and abroad which promote the economical and social benefit of enterprise. It is swift, high technology based and being of high benefit. We usually try to establish a combined flattop building with originality and carry out ＂learning and work by turns＂ or ＂college plus government plus enterprise＂ or establish the college science and technology garden at home. But overseas, they often start up the science and technology originality plan of country and establish an organization and target combined with the product, knowledge and study to accelerate the integration of product, knowledge, study. For this reason, we should accelerate the establishment of the law to build information channel, system of interaction, flow of personnel and evaluation. At the same time, we should associate these with the local practical situations.
