摘　　要：本文结合海南省医疗卫生行业信息化建设的实际情况,从分析建设区域性医学影像信息系统的必要性入手,论述了区域性医学影像信息系统建设目标、建设方案、系统结构、网络平台和实现策略等,作为对加快区域性医疗卫生信息化建设,建设区域性医学影像信息系统的一些初步探讨。This paper combine with the practice of the local area PACS of Hainan Province, analysis the necessary for constructing a local area PACS, discuss the construction objective, system structure, network platform and implementation strategy of the local area PACS which based on ASP model, so as an initial explore for speedup the information construction of local area medical calling and to construct the local area PACS.
