摘 要:为解决某电厂4号锅炉排烟温度偏高的问题,在对各种方案进行比较的基础上,确定了新增低压省煤器系统的方案。该方案利用回热系统的低温给水吸收锅炉排烟余热,在不影响空气预热器出口风温和锅炉燃烧的前提下,大幅度降低排烟温度30℃以上。对系统运行可能出现的问题进行了预测分析,给出了低压省煤器的主要运行调试结果。运行调试表明,新投运的低压省煤器对汽轮机真空几乎没有影响(仅0.08%),增加烟气压降不到108Pa,降低供电标准煤耗近3g/(kW·h)。Considering the excessively high temperature of exhaust gas from #4 boiler in a power plant, the solution was determined based on the comparison of several schemes, in which the low pressure economizer was installed. The low-temperature feedwater from re-heating system was used to absorb the residual heat and reduce the exhaust gas temperature by more than 30℃ without any effects on the outlet temperature of air preheater and the combustion of boiler. The potential problems in system operation were predicted and analyzed, based on which the major operation and commissioning results of low pressure economizer were presented. The results show that the newly-operated low pressure economizer has less effect on the turbine vacuum (only 0.08%), increases the gas pressure drop by less than 108 Pa and reduces the consumption of standard coal by up to 3g/(kW, h).
