摘　　要：苏丹达尔富尔问题的恶化与北京奥运会并无因果关系,但是在某些政治势力的推动下,二者被荒谬地联系在一起,最终导致了斯皮尔伯格事件。该事件的发生,使得政治化北京奥运会的国际闹剧达到了高潮。在国际人权法上,体育权是一项久已确立的基本人权。各国政府、国际组织以及个人,均有义务保护体育权的行使。政治化北京奥运会的行为,严重侵犯了作为国际人权的体育权,应当受到国际社会的一致谴责。The Beijing Olympic Games has nothing to do with the humanitarian crisis of Darfur. But by the hands of some political forces, these two have been connected together irrelatively and bring out the issue of Spielberg which pushes the politicalization of Beijing Olympic Games to its peak. On the in- ternational law of human rights, the right of sports has been established for quite a long time. Every government, international organization and individual shall protect and preserve the right of sports. Any form of politicalization of Beijing Olympic Games shall be condemned by the international community.
