莪术油滴眼液体内外抗菌和抗病毒作用的药效学研究

摘　　要：拟了解莪术油滴眼液(ZTO)体内外抗菌、抗病毒效果。实验结果显示,ZTO完全抑制HSV-1和ADV- 3对细胞CPE的最低浓度均为64μg/mL;ZTO对50株革兰阳性菌MIC_(90)和MBC值分别为128μg/mL和256μg/mL,对100株革兰阴性菌的MIC_(90)和MBC值分别为64～512μg/mL和128～>512μg/mL。2 mg/mL或1 mg/mL的ZTO分别治疗金黄色葡萄球菌感染和HSV-1感染兔眼结膜炎的有效率均可达到100%,与抗菌对照药氯霉素滴眼液和抗病毒对照药阿昔洛韦滴眼液的疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。实验数据表明,ZTO体外抗菌和抗病毒作用较弱,但体内抗菌和抗病毒作用较强,具有进一步开发为能同时具有抗菌和抗病毒的治疗眼结膜炎外用新药的良好前景。The antiviral and antibiotic effects of zedoary turmeric oil （ZTO） eye drops in vitro and in vivo were stud- ied. The results showed that the minimal concentration of ZTO to completely inhibit CPE caused by either HSV-1 or ADV-3 was 64 μg/mL. The MIC90 and MBC values of ZTO to 50 strains of Gram-positive bacteria were 128 μg/mL and 256 μg/mL respectively; while the MIC90 and MBC values ZTO to 100 strains of Gram-negative bacteria were 64 -512 μg/mL and 128 - 〉512 μg/mL respectively. With 2 mg/mL and 1 mg/mL of ZTO to cure experimental rabbit eyes conjunctivitis infected with Staphylococcus aureus and HSV-1 with as high as 100% of effective rate, and there was no significant differences as compared with those by using antibiotic chloromycetin eye drops and anti-viral acyclo- vir eye drops （P 〉 0.05）. All above-mentioned data indicated that ZTO has weak antibiotic and antiviral activities in vitro, however, has relatively stronger abilities against the two microbes in vivo, showing a fine potential to develop a new drug for external use with both antibiotic and antiviral effects to eye conjunctivitis.
