摘　　要：近年来,我国外汇储备大幅增长,已超出了最优规模。我国外汇储备的资产配置大部分以美元形式持有,在人民币升值速度不断加快的大背景下,必然会导致我国外汇储备产生大量理论上和实际上的损失,而且超额储备对经济也有不利影响之处。为了克服这种不利影响和避免损失,有必要对外汇储备资产进行积极管理,使其在保值升值的同时,发挥更大的调控作用。China’s foreign currency reserve is increasing exorbitantly, so much so that, in the context of the rise of Renminbi, this reserve, in the form of US Dollars, will inevitably cause a loss and thus brings about some negative effects on the Chinese economy. To overcome these effects, measures should be taken to effectively manage the surplus foreign currency reserve.
