HPLC法测定四方胃胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的建立四方胃胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(25∶75)为流动相,检测波长230 nm。理论塔板数按盐酸小檗碱计算应不低于3000。结果该含量测定方法线性良好,线性范围0.2016～1.008μg(r=0.9998);加样回收率为98.7%,RSD=1.24%(n=5)。结论该方法简单、准确,分离度及重复性好,可用于四方胃胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish the content determination method of berberine hydrochloride in Sffangwei capsules. Methods HPLC method was used with octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica as the filler, acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L KH2PO4 solution （25 ; 75） as the mobile phase, detective wavelength was 230 nm. The number of theoretical plates should not be less than 3 000. Results The content determination method has a good linear relation at the range of 0.201 641.008 pg （r=0.999 8）. The recovery rate was 98.7%, RSD=1.24% （n =5）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, with good separation and reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Sffangwei capsules.
