摘　　要：通过形态解剖学、生理生化和分子机理3个方面,论述植物嫁接成活机理近年来的研究进展,探讨植物嫁接成活过程中的水分、养分、激素、净光合速率和呼吸等生理功能,以及植物嫁接成活的分子生物学研究内容。From 3 aspects of morphological anatomy,physiology and biochemistry and the molecular mechanism,the research progresses on the survival mechanism of grafted plants in recent years were dissertated.The physiological functions such as water,nutrients,hormones,net photosynthetic rate and respiration in the survival process of grafted plants and the contents of molecular biology research on the survival in the grafted plants were discussed.
