摘　　要：简述当前河北省荒漠化和水资源的现状和特点,指出河北森林植被恢复的历史机遇,同时指出河北森林恢复过程中存在的主要问题,重点论述森林恢复过程中植被恢复与水资源的关系、乔木与灌木的作用、自然恢复与人工恢复的关系、常规技术应用与新技术应用、生态建设与经济建设的关系、森林植被恢复的长期性与短期性关系和森林的主体作用。The present status and characteristics of desertification and water resources in Hebei province were briefly introduced.The historical opportunity for forest vegetation restoration was pointed out.At the same time,the main existing problems in forest restoration process of Hebei province were also pointed out.The relationship between vegetation restoration and water resources,the action of arbore and shrub,the relationship between natural restoration and artificial restoration,conventional technology application and new technology application,the relationship between ecological construction and economic construction,the relationship between the protracted nature and the short-term nature of forest vegetation restoration and the subjective role of forest were mainly discussed.
