幼鸡发育阶段中肺脏肥大细胞的定量研究

摘　　要：[目的]对幼鸡发育阶段中肺脏肥大细胞组织结构和分布进行研究。[方法]选用1日龄贵州矮脚黄按免疫程序进行主要传染病预防接种,剖取肺脏用改良甲苯胺蓝染色,高倍镜下观察。[结果]对不同日龄幼鸡肺脏肥大细胞数量变化的研究表明,35日龄组比30日龄组和25日龄组肥大细胞数量极显著增加(P<0.01),30日龄组比25日龄组数量略有上升,差异不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]随幼年鸡日龄增长,肺脏肥大细胞的数量呈上升趋势。[Objective] The aim of the research was to study the structure and distribution of mast cells in the lungs of chicken developmental stage.[Method] One-day-old bantam chickens were choosed to execute vaccination of main infectious diseases following the immune procedure.Lungs of chickens were removed and observed after stained by toluidine blue.[Results] The number of mast cells of the 35-day-old chickens was significantly greater than that of the others（P〈0.01）.The number of mast cells of the 30-day-old chickens was a little bigger than that of 25-day-old chickens（P〉0.05）.[Conclusion] The number of mast cells of the lungs increased as the age of days growed.
