山东昆嵛山药用真菌的初步调查研究

摘　　要：[目的]对昆嵛山大型药用真菌进行形态特征和生态习性的初步调查及种类统计。[方法]上山采集,随时记录和拍摄,并压制成标本带回实验室进行鉴定、研究和整理。[结果]药用真菌有45种,隶属17科2、4属,重大药用价值的真菌有22种。除了较详细地描述其功效外,还介绍了它们的生长习性和形态特征。同时从中整理出具有抗癌作用的有15种,可用于呼吸系统疾病的有10种。[结论]昆嵛山药用真菌资源丰富,对其开发利用有利于新药的开发。[Objective] The morphological characteristics and ecological habits of large medicinal fungi in Kunyu Mountain were investigated and their kinds were made for statistics.[Method] Medicinal fungi was collected from Kunyu Mountain with recording and taking photos and pressed into specimen to bring back to the laboratory for identification,study and finishing.[Result] There were 45 kinds of medicinal fungi belonging to 17 families and 24 genera in this area and 22 species of medicinal fungi had an important medicinal value.Besides their efficacy was described in detail,their growth habits and morphological characteristics were also introduced.At the same time,15 species that had an anticancer effect and 10 species that could be used for respiratory diseases were packed up.[Conclusion] The useful fungi resources were abundant in Kunyu mountain and their development and utilization were useful for the development of new medicines.
