摘  要:目的:为桡动脉置管和经桡动脉冠状动脉造影的临床应用提供解剖学依据。方法:用体视显微镜测量31具尸体共62侧桡动脉远侧段的内径(ID)、外径(ED)。结果:⑴桡动脉平桡骨茎突上5cm处断面(SA):ED、ID和管壁厚度(WT)分别为(2.33±0.49)mm、(1.31±0.45)mm和(0.51±0.13)mm。⑵桡动脉平桡骨茎突处断面(SB):ED、ID和WT分别是(2.71±0.45)mm、(1.52±0.54)mm和(0.59±0.16)mm,三者均大于SA(P<0.05)。⑶桡动脉的ID、ED及WT存在性别和年龄的差异(P<0.05),但无侧别差异(P>0.05)。结论:本文结果对桡动脉穿刺置管和经桡动脉冠状动脉造影术等具有应用价值。Objective:To provide anatomic data for radial artery cannulation (RAC) and coronary angiography (RAACA) through radial artery approach. Methods: The internal and external diameters (RAID and RAED) of 62 radial arteries on 31 cadavers were measured with an eyepiece micrometer under stereoscopic microscope.Results: (1) At the level of radial artery 5 cm above radius styloid process (SA), RAED was about (2.33± 0.49)mm, RAID (1.31 ±0.45)mm, and wall thickness (RAWT) (0.51±0.13)mm. (2) At the level of radius styloid process(SB), RAED, RAID and RAWT respectively were (2.71 ±0.45)mm, (1.52±0.54)mm and (0.59± 0.16)mm, which were larger than that of SA (P〈0.05). (3)There were sexual and age differences among RAED, RAID and RAWT, however, the data were the same between the left and the right sides. Conclusions: The results should be of value in RAC and RAACA.
